States and cities are moving to ban smoking in your own apartment.

So should the state/city ban smoking in your own apartment? Should it clearly stat5e that the landlord has the right to ban smoking?

Does the landlord have the right to ban smoking as his simple property right.

Should the state/city ban smoking wherever it exposes a minor to second hand smoke which is dang3rous and injurious to the child?

How could they possibly enforce this law without violating your 4th amendment rights?

As a none smoker I agree with you but maybe smokers don't. Where does big brother stop? I drive a classic American muscle car that makes a lot of noise and has no smog devices on it, some may not like it (assholes) so if we don't stand up for our freedoms one day a big part of our very heritage may be limited to museums. There are very few American muscle cars remaining on the road, they contribute less to pollution in a year than Michelle's vacations on Air Force Two.

I never smoked, but hate to see any freedom taken away.

I've been idly shopping for a Glock of some sort not because of any need, but just to exercise freedom.

Yes, smokers should be allowed to smoke. The question is what are the parameters and conditions in which a smoker infringes on the rights of those who wish to not suffer from the smokers disease, or are too young to make their own decisions and need protection by the state.
