Going to a dentist with bad teeth or asking for investment advise from a homeless person. How in the world is anyone, especially Congress supposed to take her analysis of security situations serious?

A person who dropped out of the 6th grade would have known, right off the bat, that the story that a Youtube video caused the Benghazi attack was ridiculous.
Rice, who has a D.Phil. (Oxon.), surely knew she was going on five Sunday talk shows to tell a lie.
Rice, like Hilly and Obama, looked Pat Smith (Sean Smith's mother) in the eye and lied to her saying a video caused the attack.
