After guns were allowed in the national parks violent crime did go down, an average 12%, not the 85% quoted by Coburn. However, even at 12% it's a statistical lie, the decrease is statistically meaningless. Only time will tell, and then we still don't know cause and effect.
Also, the rate is so low that it is still meaningless as to cause and effect. Just a big lie all around by Coburn.
Sad to see this from one of the more reasonable Republicans. Obviously he is feeling the pressure.
Eliminate the gerrymandering of the House districts. All the data needed to create real "minimum surface" districts is already there. All the computer code is already there. It's just presently being used to create obvious wild distorted gerrymandered districts.
