The currently, remaining, living, bomber is named Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, born in Turkey, and came to the USA via Russia's south, not far from the Chechen Republic - another strongly Islamic Terrorist area.

Both are dark haired
Both have dark eyes
Both have darker skin that most any white person
Both have relatives that are NOT WHITE
Both have typical Arab/Persian traits

So, again, they are NOT WHITE.

Lets not forget, the are also MUSLIM.
