Another neotard clown who whines about government waste, spams the public with right wing ideological gobbledygook , whines when called out for it by wasting taxpayer dollars spending hours exchanging nonsensical emails with a constituent...

Nieves apparently took umbridge to the word “issue,” and demanded an explanation. “Are you threatening an elected official?” he asked. “I’m sure your very Big & Bad & Tuff.” He went on to caution Cohn, saying he must be “Very Careful to NEVER Threaten me!”

“I didn’t threaten anyone, you tool,” Cohn replied. “You are such a douchetard its not even funny. Now go do some work on your insane conspiracy theories that everyone laughs about behind your back. You’re a joke!”

Nieves is the same lawmaker who, after winning a 2010 Republican primary, was accused of assaulting his opponent’s campaign manager and forcing him to strip while threatening him with a gun, ostensibly so he could prove he wasn’t wearing a wire. The case was not prosecuted as a criminal offense, and the two settled a civil suit on the matter out of court.

Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney Bob Parks has decided to not file criminal charges against Brian Nieves, a state representative accused of battering and threatening to kill the campaign worker of a former rival in the August primary election.

Parks said after reviewing police reports in the case that he could not prove to a jury "beyond a reasonable doubt" that Nieves committed a criminal act.

"After a review of the Washington Police Department report alleging unlawful use of a weapon and assault in the third degree by Brian D. Nieves against Shawn M. Bell, I have not found evidence that would support criminal charges. Therefore, I will not be issuing charges based upon the information in this complaint," Parks said in a prepared statement released Friday.

I'm not defending this guy, but the police have not found evidence to charge him and those that want him out of office have made many public statements that could be considered legal defamation as well as endangering his family.
