From what I hear Bally's and Paris are the best since the two properties are very close to one another. If you stay at Bally's request a room on the South side that faces Paris. We stayed at Bally's but on the side that faces the Flamingo which is probably the next best option. Both properties are older and at night you can turn on all the lights in your room and people across the steet at the Flamingo will be able to see you. We did notice one night that there were a few that were watching us although it was kinda hard to see them.

If the Quad is the old Imperial Palace get a room on the North side that faces Harrah's. The rooms there used to have sliding glass doors and balcony's. You can put on a serious show for the folks at Harrah's.

We just stayed at Paris. She showed off with the light on for many windows around & across from us. The room has a small chase lounge made for doing it on.
