Even Obama's own people admit poverty has gone up 60% under Obama but yet the media ignores the ever growing problem. Families are being destroyed, children are going hungry, elderly are starving because they can't afford proper food...why isn't the media showing their faces and demanding our Government do something? Instead they applaud Obama phones and the Government's incentives to keep the poor, poor and reduce the income of the Middle Class. The growing poverty in America created by Obama's policies is embarrassing.

That's because blacks are the ones in poverty so the media don't give a damn.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports Philly has the highest rate of deep poverty – that’s income below half the poverty line – of big cities in America. That's perhaps not a surprise, because Philadelphia also has the highest poverty rate – 28.4 percent of any of America’s biggest cities.

Which issue do you want addressed?
Which cause of poverty?
Single parent homes?
Wage stagnation?
Loss of Union jobs with benefits?

That's because of their culture, it's a liberal's dream city, they had areas that voted 100% for Obama (well that's at least what they reported the votes were, hard to believe that in the one area all 350,000 voted for Obama, not one Romney vote). The reason they are poor is transparent...honestly they deserve poverty, good for them.

This is going to hurt your little brain but the truth is if that city was 90% white instead of 90% black, they wouldn't need the Government to wipe their asses.

I hate to say this, but if it wasn't a MINORITY AREA, there would be almost no need for the government to do anything, except get out of the way. The Minorities in this country and stepping back into oppression by their own choice, they are allowing the liberals to convince them that they are nothing without the government assistance programs - but the fact is that liberals only destroy motivation and hope.

Why do minorities NEED a helping hand when others can do it on their own? Are you saying that Minorities, in your opinion, are inferior in some/many ways?

I'm not sure what's wrong with blacks but as a culture and people, NO ONE can deny they are under achievers. I don't think white liberals are "totally" to blame but white liberals do everything in their power to insure minorities remain under achievers. We all have also noticed that blacks who are raised by whites actually do much, much better than those that remain in the black culture of entitlements and resentment.

An interesting observation - since I have many clients that run small businesses that require skilled manual laborers, it's interesting to note that the few that are owned/run by blacks are also the ones with the fewest blacks as employees - you would think it would be just the opposite.
