NYC soda serving banned by judge

A New York State judge blocked the ban of certain soda servings.

It was found that the law was "fraught with arbitrary and capricious consequences" and would be difficult to enforce.

I personally find this type of law puzzling. So what were they trying to do? Keep people from getting fat by limiting the number of calories per serving? I'm not a libertarian but this one is a head scratcher...

More laws and regulations makes it easier for the elected to control the masses.

If you don't believe, just look around and read, it's everywhere where your rights are violated daily and more often.

The drones are coming to spy on you at your home with infrared and other technologies that allow them to see into your home. The technology exists and is being used even as I type this.

Socialist leaders demand full control of the peons' lifes, this law was nothing more than a socialist leader thinking his authority extended to how many calories he would "allow" you to have. Had this law been allowed to stand a series of new laws controlling the private lifes of citizens would have been passed. Soon they would be telling you how many bullets your gun is allowed to hold.
