Obama family tired of living like peons in White House

Little known to voters, Obama ordered a $375 million project in 2010 for a new executive office at the south end of the adjacent Eisenhower Executive Office Building. The president’s facsimile Oval Office, created as a nearly identical replica of the most famous ovoid room in the world, is slated to be ready for occupancy by August. Obama ordered the new contruction to allow him and his family more opportunities to spend time together without having to march through the maze of hallways.
