Thinker, is this safe: A visit to VW BB then 4 hard hrs, followed by a brief break, then another visit to see the beauties here and another 4 hard hrs, then a brief break, followed by another visit to see the beauties here with another 4 hard hrs. Its 12 hard hrs total, but not consecutive. you've got to flex muscles to make them bigger and stronger

I don't know. As for me, after 4 hard hours, I think I would need more than just a brief rest. One good thing is I know how I can keep busy for an hour at a time.
