Oooops, the city already has the toughest gun control laws in the United States, they've had the touigh gun laws for over 20 years...then why do they have the most murders by gun in the United States?

Hint, it's not the guns, it's the liberal culture of people that live there where values, respect for others and human life has little worth.

Austria is second, with a rate of 1,677 per 100,000 people, followed by Sweden, Belgium, Finland and Holland.

By comparison, America has an estimated rate of 466 violent crimes per 100,000 population...

Bingo! The white man are keeping blacks poor while making sure blacks have guns and drugs to kill each other off, the murder rate in Chicago is so high because the white man planned it that way.
