In a nut shell...why we are so screwed

Our current politicians don’t receive any benefit from engaging with long-term issues, it’s all about the next election cycle and immediate satisfaction for the voters. Therefore our future is screwed and so are our childrens'. Obama is the icon for those screwing us for their self serving needs. Give me my fix and give it to me now, fuck tomorrow, that's our path my friends.

Reminds me of a joke.....A woman is walking down the street pushing her baby in a stroller. Another woman comments,"what a beautufl baby, can he walk?" The woman answers, "No..and thank God, he'll never have to "!.

You missed the true cause of why we're screwed - the people have lost concern for being responsible. They don't even care to vote in a Majority. 70% of the voting age people didn't vote for Odumbass, but he claims that the American people have spoken to place him on the throne and want what he wants, but the people are too stupid, the 40%, to cast him out.
