Combine RC, Private Shots, and Homeclips

HC had very little daily content... RC and private shots seemed very arbitrary as to what was on which... a lot of the RC content might as well have been private shots, a lot of the private shots content really belonged more on RC... combine all three, leave voyeurweb free but put a 'too hot for VW' button for viewers...
flagged 'too hot' submissions get bumped into RC content... but the original posters should still be able to see comments for their own pic sets, no matter whether they have RC memberships or not (just their own, though, if they don't have an RC membership).
