I'll try to encapsulate for you. The first part is a bit long but is required reading:

1. It is true that ******* ***** *****, AKA Igor as was his stage name previously on Voyeurweb, stole copyrighted materials from Voyeurweb and began a new site and has been attempting to dump all of the stolen copyright contents of VW into his new site. Needless to say, this is illegal. And needless to say, it is a reflection of lack of character and moral turpitude.
2. It is false that ******* ***** *****, (from here on as "*****"), ever owned VW
3. It is also false that VW is owned by multiple companies
4. The owner of VW is one individual, one man, with an incredible vision who, some 15 years ago, saw the need to create a comfortable and cozy "Home for Voyeurs", and set out to do so single-handedly, creating what we know today as Voyeurweb.
5. ***** was simply a contracted employee of Voyeurweb who had the bad habit of flaunting himself as the owner of VW in certain circles.
6. It would be misleading to describe the departure of ***** from VW as a "fall out" as ***** was never, and could never be in any close rank to being the owner of VW. ***** was a puny contracted employee who was trusted by the management of VW about some of the technical aspects of the site who then unfortunately took advantage of this trust and decided to engage in crimes of moral turpitude.
7. It is simple and straightforward what ***** is. He is a criminal who thought he could hijack the entire VW without any consequences, legal or otherwise.
8. VW began its "fight back" the second it noted the conduct that ***** was engaging in.
9. It is true that each and every VW Contributor has the right to notify the site administrator at this new proclaimed site by ***** and ask the site administrator to immediately take their picture down as this conduct constitutes unauthorized use of pictures on sites which have not been approved.
10. It is also true that each and every one of you whose pictures are being displayed at this site by ***** is entitled to significant monetary damages for violation of your privacy as well as for disregard of your authorization to use personal information about you.
11. Voyeurweb has already begun the process of getting a court injunction against ***** to cease and desist from displaying, disseminating, publishing, using any picture on his site that was previously submitted to Voyeurweb.
12. In addition, Voyeurweb has already begun what will undoubtedly become one of the largest, if not the largest, cyperspace copyright suit in history of the internet against *****. This suit will also mirror a criminal prosecution of *****.
13. Any contention that *****'s new site was an attempt to build a competitor site to Voyeurweb is without merit and will be dealt with harsh measures in both US and international courts.
14. All credit card transactions used by ***** for purposes of membership on unuathorized sites will further be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.
15. All Contributors are cautioned to permit the use of their pictures on unauthorized sites as one one permission could be deemed as a waiver of your privacy such that your pictures would then be able to be used on multiple other sites as ***** sees fit. In other words, if you let him do it once, then you would waive your right for damages, and your right for him not to publish it on additional unpermitted sites that he may be linked to.

All of you rest assured that VW will bend over backwards to protect your privacy in the home, you know as, Voyeurweb. As our lawyers are working round the clock to bring multiple injunctions in both US and international courts, we ask that you proactively send the message for your pictures and credit card transactions not to be used on any unauthorized sites by *****.

In closing, I want to specifically address a thread of discussions that pertained to this whole thing being a "stunt" or some behind the scene effort to build a sister site. This is unequivocally not the case. We have no deals, nor would the owner of Voyeurweb ever stoop to that level to have any deals for the purpose of creating a "sister" site.

While the events and actions of ***** have completely come out of left field for us, I, now, on behalf of the owner of Voyeurweb, the largest amateur adult website in the world, extend my deepest apologies for the brief interruption to our fun pages and ask that you just hang in there for a short while longer while we bring Voyeurweb back to you.

We will simply let our lawyers deal with ***** and his crimes. And we will move on and continue to enjoy the fun that we used to have at Voyeurweb which will be more exciting and invigorating than ever before. I cannot wait till you guys see what is coming back as Voyeurweb!

There is a "new" site that looks like VW/RC called Voyeur **** (Clever huh?) where even the color schemes seem to match VW/RC.

Igor involved in Voyeur **** and wants to "liberate" all of VW/RC's customers.
