The site has been down since Saturday Voyeur Web claims it will be back up 4 to 7 days we are on day 6 and nothing but pointing fingers, not answering questions and beating around the bush on most of the important stuff.
Now a party what the F. Give me a way to get my money back and let me know when the site is back up, give me a 2 day free trial to whatever services I have paid for and then let me decide if I want to renew my membership.
The spokesperson for this has been awful, and since the claim is there is 1 owner let’s hear from that person.
As a customer excuses and blaming someone doesn’t do me a bit of good, the only thing I need to see is the web site back up or my money back TODAY not sometime in the future.
Folks I think we all just got screwed so let’s all bend over and take it like good little soldiers.
I did send my email address as requested to get updates and guess what NOTHING.
So I hope the 1 owner or the group enjoys my 25.00 as I’m done dealing with them. Maybe Igors site is better anyone got the address?
Just so no one says I’m an ally of the guys who was Igor anyone wanting my user id just respond to this asking for it. I have been a member for 5 or 6 years.
Ms. Lucas did respond 2 days later and when I asked for my money I was told to supply the date I signed up and my user name and password. This is in your data base and if you lost that your system is dead.
I ahve sent 2 follow up emails and no response to them.
We are on day 7 and the only thing that seems to be going on are posts by people on this board.
Nothing about when the site is going to get back up. Not updated timeline.
Like I said at the top of this I call BS and I believe our money is gone.
