It's now Nov. 1
When are you going to enable the downloading of homeclips videos?
We've been patient for several months now. If you do not intend to re-impliment this feature, at least have the courtesy to tell us

The download links are available on the bottom of the videos on homeclips. They've been there for 4 days now.

Dear KiKi:
Thanks, THANKS, for getting the download of videos re-established and functional. I have been able to successfully download videos going back to the earliest date which appears on the current page (Aug 7th or so). Now, what about the videos that were posted PRIOR to that date. I assume that would normally (in the past) require a subscription to funbags to access, right? It seems that homclips video customers, that have held in there with you these last several months, should be held harmless for any expense to access ALL of the older video files dating back to the date of the meltdown. Will you let us access the old video files for download back to that date? Without additional fees?
Thanks,
Manitoba

Manitoba,
Unfortunately, there was no content from June & July as we were in the process of fixing and recovering HCs, which included the uploader. As all our material comes in from amateur contributors, we did not have a way for them to upload content and therefore there were no videos on HCs during this time. Due to this, there was over 3.5 months of free membership time added onto everyone's HCs account in order to make up for the loss of two months. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

Cbrplay, HomeClips videos do work and play perfectly on the iPhone, so you should not be having any trouble with this.

I am unable to download homeclips to my ipad - I used to be able to do it prior the crash using an app called OPlayerHD Lite. Now when I try I just get the little triangle 'play' icon with a slash through it. I really like to be able to download so I can prepare my own 'best of homeclips' to share with my wife when she asks me that fabulous question ...'have you got any films to show me?'......always ends in bliss !! ;)
