Loyalty to Igor?

OK, ignoring if he owned/started VW/RC, or owned them then sold them and stayed on, or just was an employee, he took coding from them and crashed the system while redirecting people to a new site that is just 6 months old but matches his "vision".
He also took pictures that were submitted strictly to VW/RC and allowed them to be posted on another site, and he took users information and gave it to a new site.

And you find yourself having loyalty to him? What if RC did keep your credit card information? Would you still have loyalty to him knowing he took your credit card information and gave it to a company that was 6 months old?

I have met and partied with Igor, had he posted that he was recommending people follow him to a new site I would have tried it out. But to crash VW/RC and try an maliciously steal clients, to steal my personal information and give it to a new site? No way can I have loyalty to someone who does that.

For years Igor was a major supporter of protecting member's copyrights, now he has ignored that and taken member's images and given them to another site. By his own admission not even a site he owns, but a site run by 2 people who just started.

Sorry, any loyalty Igor was owed for bringing this great site to the forefront was washed away in the manner of his departure.

Agreed, not sure which side to fall with yet, but as a regular on RC for many years, I saw the addition of MFF as the beginning of the end of RCs unique worldwide appeal.

We'll probably side with the side that keeps it amateur...and/or the side that keeps the BB software, the fastest moving I've been able to find - we loved the fact the posts dropped off and kept things temporary and fresh!

I have to agree with DarknLadyJedi, any loyalty I may have had to Igor vanished when he left RC in the manner he chose.I also hate the MFF section and found that we usually just went straight to the BB.I really hope this is able to be resolved soon but for now my loyalties are with the current RC.

I harbour no loyalty to Igor or anyone else here. Bottom line, whoever owned the right to display and provide access to the content owes me. There is a set of rights exchanged when content was posted through the site, and if this has been violated by Igor or whoever, then they deserve to be ruined. Right now, I want my access. Igor schmeegor, give me my access or my money back.

I have been a Redclouds member for a couple years. Saturday morning, I read the post about Igor and the "new" site and figured it was legit since it was posted on the VW page.

I went to the site, entered my Redclouds username and password to get the "free" membership to look at what was being offered.

How much if any of our personal information (name, address, cc#) has been compromised?

My "Chick" and I look forward to the return of the boards and are friends.

Thanks

Think most RC-members hated MFF and tried to ignore it. The admins or owners of VW/RC will have to rethink that thing.
Hope to see you all again soon at RC.

My loyalty is with the website that has the freshest content and the best in quality. I use to be loyal to projectvoyeur.com until there photos became small unless you payed to be a premium member. So I switched to voyeurweb.com. That is were loyalty should be with the site. Not with the person behind the scenes and especially not with some one who shuts down a site.

I side with the majority of RC viewers and RCBB users who are more than a little irritated about this manner of doing business. I enjoy seeing wives and girlfriends and showing off my wife (wish I had a girlfriend to show off too !!) but I am not so addicted to porn that I will follow blindly when someone deliberately shuts down an existing system in a blatant effort to direct existing users to a new system. So... at this point, I have no interest in the other site. Am I looking at some of the other options? Looking, yes, but moving there, NO. I will give RC and VW a chance to rebuild first, because I enjoyed the community of people that populated the boards.

A word about MFF -- no rush to restore that site - get the important stuff up and running first, namely VW, RC, and the RC Bulletin boards. I disliked MFF for several reasons, one being cost and second being the "professional" appearance of both the models and photography. I want to see women next door, not silicone Sally fresh from an appearance in a porn magazine or porn film.

Your membership information and basic personal information, along with pictures, was compromised. Credit card information was not stored by VW and was not compromised by the thefts or damage from the hacking. Your information may or may not be safe if you gave it to VC.
