Also, recently some of the HOF entries were a JOKE! pure garbage.

One way to possibly avoid this is by voting on each picture in the submission and the top vote of that submission can be put as a HOF but it doesn't mean it HAS to be.

I agree.... I'd like to see a 'hall of fame worthy' button next to the photos and have it be viewer choice.
