Antarctica Has 100 Billion Tons of Ice Gain

In shocking news, it gets cold at the South Pole.

The scientific staff of Mr Forbes has learned that cold weather tends to create ice.

A lot of cold creates a lot of ice.

It really is baffling why johnforbes is so proud of his ability to read a weather report.

Yes, we can all read, dimwit. You must be proud to know you have the same talent as your local buxom TV weather girl.

And you really need to hire a new scientific staff, dummy. Yours don't know jack shit about science.

Of course, cold alone does NOT create "a lot of ice." Every grade school child knows this. There must also be water. Duh.
There are huge expanses of extremely cold regions that don't have a lot of ice. The Gobi Desert, for example. johnforbes and his Trump-appointed 'scientific staff' doesn't know what the fuck they're talking about. QED

Now, if johnforbes would get over his bizarre obsession with weather reports and look at the actual science of climate, he would realize the Antarctica regularly has gains of 100 billion tons of ice. This surprises no one. The problem comes when it regularly LOSES 200 billion tons of ice before it gains back 100 billion of it.

The ice sheet in Antarctica is currently shrinking over time, regardless of what johnforbes' weather report tells him. Here's a chart of ice in Antarctica over roughly the past 20 years. In that time, the Antarctic ice sheet has lost 2000 gigatons of mass. That's an AVERAGE of 149 gigatons of ice loss per year, regardless of what johnny's current weather report tells him about this one year.

(scroll down until you come to the graph of "Observations of Antarctic Ice Mass Changes" overlaid on a map of Antarctica.)

Yes, some years there is a gain in ice mass. But other years there is an even greater DECREASE in ice mass that shrinks the ice sheet overall.

johnny, you really need to stop sourcing your scientific information from your partisan handlers. They are not your friends.

Follow the science.

Cold creates ice.

Tons and tons of ice gain have been preciptated by colder weather.

Baby, it's cold outside.

Time was when the local tribe wanting better climates, would sacrifice a young virgin, throwing her into the volcano....
These days the Democrats want us to throw it money .... :O

Yes, follow the science, dummy.

Warmth melts ice.

Unfortunately, gigatons and gigatons of ice loss has been preciptated by warmer weather.

Baby, it's merely cool outside.

If we're lucky, it won't get too warm this summer in Antarctica. But who should be so lucky?

Yes, it is merely cool outside in September in the middle parts of this great land.

However, science dictates there are three poles -- the North Pole, the South Pole, and Poland.

If you go to the North Pole, the South, or Poland in January, it'll be cold.

Cold creates ice.

Antartica has 100 billion tons of ice gain, and that is more than Clowntoker's ever-expanding belly.

^^^^^^^^Look at 'im squirm.

After once again educating johnforbes about the difference between weather and climate, he now knows that I am right and he can't refute a word I said. I made johnny look like the fool he is.

Thus the patented johnforbes shuck-and-jive routine that only manages to make him look even more foolish..

Follow the science.

It is cold in winter.

Cold creates ice.

There is more ice in Antarctica.

Baby, it's cold outside.
