That's three times the homicide rate of D.C.. It's worse than Detroit or Chicago. Does Trump think violent crime is "out of control" in Jackson and that he should send in the Guard? And what do Republicans have to say about that?

Shreveport is worse than D.C. for its homicide rate. Does Trump think crime is "out of control" there and that the Guard should be sent in? The homicide rate in Memphis is 40.9, which is much worse than D.C.. Does Trump think crime is "out of control" there, and is he considering sending in the Guard? And what do Republicans have to say about that?
