Mineral Deal?

Apparently a deal will be reached where the US provides ongoing "support" to Ukraine, and the US co-administers with Ukraine a Reconstruction Fund based on natural resources there...

So what do you want to discuss about this topic, johnny?
As always, you've contributed nothing that wasn't on the evening news. Anyone here is already aware of it.
In fact, you've contributed MUCH LESS than was on the evening news, so you're really good for nothing in a discussion.
This is a "Political Discussion" board. Do you even understand what a "discussion" is? (Look it up, fer cripes sake.) A "discussion" is not merely a plagiarized grade school book report.
What do you THINK about this news? What do you see as its implications? What have your handlers told you to think about this news? And is the Orange Grinch making the "Deal" in your children's fairy story a 'good guy' or a 'bad guy'?
I can't be the one to supply 100% of the thoughts you eventually have on every topic, johnny. I'm busy.

In all fairness, every person on this forum depends upon Clowntoker to make his contributions.
When some raw partisan leftist rage is needed, who better to turn to than Clown as he struggles to cope with Trump Derangement Syndrome?

^^^^^^^ As we can see, another big fat nothin' from dimwit johnny. He still has nothing to contribute to a political discussion about some non-existent "Mineral Deal". There's not a cogent thought in his head.
If it weren't for me living in there rent free, his vacuous skull would be entirely empty. (As it is, the constant echo can get pretty annoying.)

One benefit of this fine forum, of course, is the excellent health insurance.
At no cost to himself, Clowntoker gets one free physical exam per year.
On his most recent cranial CT scan, the result read:
"The subject's brain tissue seems to have undergone considerable atrophy, and the remainder resembles green Jello."
Follow the science!

I agree, the health benefits of this forum are significant.
In fact, johnforbes regularly receives a free proctology exam every day he manages to waddle in here. Thanks, Voyeurweb!
And thank you, johnny, for the spacious rent-free accommodations.

Thanks to Clowntoker for so graciously concurring in every sage word spoken by Mr Forbes on this fine thread.
And there was indeed the usual plethora of sagacity from the estimable Forbes...

Notice johnforbes STILL hasn't contributed a single thought about some supposed "Mineral Deal"
Why did he start this phony 'discussion' that he thought was newsworthy?
Could it be because there IS no mineral deal? To Trump's surprise, Zelensky wouldn't simply let Trump and Putin carve up his country. And because of this, Trump once again failed to produce any promised deal. He's the worst deal maker I've ever run across.
Because of this failure, Trump had to throw a tantrum in front of the world, publicly insulting a foreign leader and embarrassing the United States for having such a child running the White House. All because a foreign leader wouldn't simply bend over and take it in the ass.
johnforbes will be here shortly to ridicule Zelensky for not wanting to take it in the ass because johnforbes can't see the downside of such a deal. To johnny, taking it in the ass in exchange for some money would be a win/win deal.
The Trump Curse is indeed alive and well. Trump has been unable to fulfill his campaign promise to end the Unkraine war in "one day." He failed to even do it in 42 days. (Lucky for Trump his dimwitted supporters can't count or they might start to realize their obese god is merely a bloviating fraud.)

The thoughts of Mr Forbes are desired here?
Well, of course.
Zelensky couldn't raise much money in Europe, which pays far more in gas from Russian than it gave to Ukraine.
Thus, little Zelensky may yet be dragged -- kicking and screaming -- to the conference table to negotiate belated peace in Ukrainie.
All we are saying is, "Give Peace a Chance"...

"Zelensky couldn't raise much money in Europe,..."-johnfibs
Of course Ukraine has received more aid from Europe than it has from the U.S..
johnforbes and Trump keep lying about the U.S. sending $350 billion in aid, which is untrue. According to the U.S. Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Department of State, Congress has appropriated about $174 billion in aid, not $350 billion. johfibs made it up.
This is what Trump's own Department of State website says about the numbers as of March 4, 2025, but this won't stop johnforbes from repeating his lie about the $350 billion bullshit:
"To date, we have provided $66.5 billion in military assistance since Russia launched its premeditated, unprovoked, and brutal full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, and approximately $69.2 billion in military assistance since Russia's initial invasion of Ukraine in 2014."
https://www.state.gov/bureau-of-politic ... th-ukraine
There has been another $38 billion in financial and humanitarian aid.
Europe has sent more total aid than the U.S. has sent.
https://www.eeas.europa.eu/delegations/ ... s_en?s=253
"Thus, little Zelensky may yet be dragged -- kicking and screaming -- to the conference table to negotiate belated peace in Ukrainie."-Dishonestjohn
johnforbes is pretending that it is Zelensky's choice not to be included in negotiations. But the fact is Zelensky has been BEGGING to be allowed at the negotiation table in Saudi Arabia. It is Trump who has so far been saying "fuck you" to Zelensky about attending the peace talks. Dumbfuckforbes is also equating Trump's (as he calls it) "raw earth" deal negotiations as being some sort of peace talks when they aren't. (Trump is so ignorant that he doesn't even understand that he is trying to steal "rare earth" minerals, not "raw earth" from Ukraine.) It's a Trump money and resource grab without any security assurances to Ukraine and is totally separate from the actual "capitulation to Russia" talks Trump held in Saudi Arabia.
johnforbes has been duped again by his handlers.

Question.
When does it EVER contribute anything other than Russian or ass gas propaganda?
It must be a miserable living in a shell of manure, a head full of dirt, and <$10,000 in the pocket.
Hoping a tax cut for me, get's him a nickel more. What it gives you is less funding for roads, military, science, education, and on, and on, and onnnnnn. Though, it DOES give another five trips to my house in Scotland.

So it's been almost a month since you told us about some mythical "Mineral Deal" that Trump was scamming you with. You seem to have forgotten the thread topic entirely and now only contribute idiotic diversions from the topic.
This isn't just another of Trump's lies to manipulate his dimwitted supporters like you, is it?
Don't you ever get concerned about how easily you are used like this by your handlers, johnny?
Don't you ever get concerned about how easily you are regularly duped and get played into supporting Putin's plans this way?

Mr Forbes has not forgotten this thread at all.
Night and day, it remains an item in the vast expanse of his cognitive functioning.
Additionally, Mr Forbes favors a resolution to the 3 years of futile war in Ukraine.
All Mr Forbes is saying is: Give peace a chance.

Why didn't you say so, dummy?
If you would simply contribute some discussion of the topics you post, maybe we would know what you are referring to. Why wait a month to finally clue us in?
As it was, at the time you initially posted about this, a dolt who is our President said he was negotiating some "raw earth" minerals scam, so understandably I assumed that is what you were referring to. How are we supposed to know which dolt you are talking about?
After many weeks, Trump has failed to make good on his claim of a deal being at hand. Apparently he's not very good at making deals after shooting off his mouth.
See how confusing it is when you fail to contribute any discussion of the diversionary topics you post about. It makes you look like a clueless ignoramus. (And you know how I don't like to speak ill of the incredibly stupid, so why put me in that position in the first place, johnny? Quite inconsiderate of you.)

He cannot be responsible for all the many and various defects in Clowntoker's informational base.

Let's summarize the merits of this thread, shall we?
A month ago johnforbes started yet another 'discussion' thread containing no thoughts of his own.
The best I can make out is that he thinks someone is a dolt who has failed to make a mineral deal with Ukraine. Okay, if you say so, johnny.
To this day johnforbes has been unable to muster a single thought about this mythical "Mineral Deal" so we are still left without any real clue as to what it is he wanted us to discuss here.
So to sum it up then, once again johnforbes has wasted everyone's time with his pointless meandering partisan blather. And this is what johnny considers to be a worthwhile use of his life.
That's how little he values his own life. He will piss it away on nothing at all, apparently always being starved for ever greater humiliation. Well, at least he accomplished that much.

Denmark can do nothing for the citizens of Greenland, so it would make perfect sense for them to want to join some sort of enhanced security and national resources partnership with the US.
Mr Forbes has been to Thule, and he was as cool as Steve McQueen given the weather there.
Elkin's comments were not cool.
