Sorry to hear about what these hearings are doing to your sex life, johnny.

"Comer Signals Retreat From Sham Impeachment Hearings After Disastrous First Attempt"

"In late September, after months of bloviating on Fox News, and as the United States was barreling towards a government shutdown, House Republicans led by House Oversight Chair Rep. James Comer (R-KY) launched an impeachment inquiry into President Biden, despite having no evidence for their inflammatory claims and not holding a formal vote."

"The first hearing was nothing short of an utter disaster for Comer and the GOP. And now, Comer appears to have second thoughts on holding a second hearing following his complete and total humiliation.

"A new piece in The Washington Post written by Philip Bump, which dissects new House Speaker Mike Johnson’s (R-LA) plans to continue the sham impeachment inquiry into the President, notes that Comer recently told Capitol Hill reporters, "I don’t know that I want to hold any more hearings, to be honest with you."

"Bump notes, "He complained that it was hard to keep members present for hours on end, given that so many had other commitments. Instead, he said, he preferred depositions, which “you can do more with.""

So that appears to be Comer’s new plan: work in the shadows, give depositions, and cherry pick information to make his case, rather than allowing the public to see his case fall apart."-MTN

Even Republicans are so uninterested in the sham hearings that committee members fail to even attend.
Now Republicans don't even want the American public to see them make fools of themselves this way.

Maybe Republicans should hold a vote next time before getting themselves into another purely partisan inquiry. They knew a vote would fail.

Calling something a "sham" devalues it before anything else.

For instance, like calling Clown's posting "sham" (with validity).

If ther is evidence that Joe and his family sold influence for money, then there seems to be considerable evidence of that, and apparently authorities had 40 sources feeding them ongoing info on that.

But we shall see what we shall see in the fullness of time.

"But we shall see what we shall see in the fullness of time."-johnflubs

Well, time is now "full" and we all see that Republicans came up with bupkis concerning "Joe or his family selling influence for money"

Even johnfoibles must now admit the Republicans produced nothing for their millions of dollars spent on years of sham 'investigation' of the Biden family for partisan political purposes. Not a single charge, not a single Congressional report, not an Articles of Impeachment vote regarding influence peddling for money was produced against any of them.

I wonder if Dishonestjohn can finally admit that we do indeed see what we were going to see all along; that the investigations into the Biden family were an actual "sham" that produced nothing. But that is always difficult when you can't be bothered to show up to the committee meetings doing the 'investigation'. Republicans knew when they started this nonsense that Joe had never done any of the things they claimed, but they did it anyway.

If johnforbes can't finally admit to the total lack of evidence offered by Republicans, then it's likely that this abject failure has made johnny's dick go limp right along with the rest of them. (Let's see what johnny's manhood consists of, substance or spaghetti?)

The evidence exists, only it has not yet come to light....and Joe knows it's only a matter of time..
That's why he Pardon Hunter for all his sins known, and yet to be discovered...

Clowntoker seems to be stoned quite early in the day, even by his own quite low standards.

Clown wants to drag this fine thread down into the darkness:

^^^^^^ Well, as we can all see, johnforbes is experiencing his own flaccid fantasy.

But it is heartening to see him refer to this indictment of the Republicans' phony Biden 'investigation' as "this fine thread".

So johnforbes admits the investigation was a sham as this fine thread revealed to him.

But as with all Republicans, johnny just lacks the firm manhood to call it a sham in so many words.

So johnforbes is a fan of Eddie and the Cruisers.

That surprises no one as it clearly reminds him of his frisky days on leave in the Castro District with his Army buddy Eddie, cruising up and down the street looking for some action, checking out all the gay bars, gay steam baths, and gay movie houses.

Of course, that was in the days when he didn't yet have his limp Republican dick.

Clearly Clowntoker was coughing in carnal cacaphony at that cruising reference.

Mr Forbes would never engage in any personal criticism.

However, it is merely factual to note that Clowntoker has done many a sissy shimmy in the sleazy salons of sordid Sanfran..
