You see, The statutes of limitation had long expired on the Carroll type of case in the state if New York where all these events are supposed to have taken place.
Not long after Carroll wrote her book the state of New York decided that it was going to temporarily suspend the statutes of limitations for one year to allow anyone who had a decades-old case to seek justice ......Only one case has been filed...guess who that is..!
