"Colorado Attorney Kevin Evans says the Biden DOJ is hiding hundreds of documents on gifts Joe and Hunter Biden received from China.
Evans sued the DOJ in March after he said the agency failed to comply with his FOIA request for records about the overseas business relationships of Joe Biden’s son and brother James Biden.
... reported on the giant diamond gifted to Hunter Biden from Ye Jianming, then the chairman of CEFC China Energy Company. This diamond was estimated to be worth $80,000. Hunter claimed it was worth $10,000.
The diamond in police custody was listed as 3.1 carats.'
Earlier this week John Solomon reported that China is starting to release documents to Senate Republicans on dealings with the Biden Crime Family

First Dishonestjohn claims the DOJ was "hiding hundreds of documents on gifts."
Then he criticizes Hunter not for hiding a gift but for DECLARING the gift.
Who can make any sense out of such partisan nonsense?
Incidentally, for the dimwitted such as johnforbes apparently is, 3.1 carats is not a "giant diamond."
Johnny will believe absolutely any hogwash slopped into his trough by his handlers.

Me? Heck, I have no idea.
What I did was post an article from a state Attorney General who said that in a lawsuit.

No, that is NOT "an article from a state Attorney General who said that in a lawsuit," dimwit. The article was not written by an Attorney General. You made it up.
What you posted was one of many contradictory propaganda pieces from your Right Wing handlers.
Her are some examples of the nonsense you consume on a daily basis, dimwit:
https://nypost.com/2020/12/10/80g-diamo ... -of-probe/
https://www.news.com.au/world/north-ame ... 1a50c3f93f
https://theweek.com/speedreads/850429/h ... rgy-tycoon
https://meaww.com/ye-jianing-cefc-chair ... -k-diamond
So here we see that the diamond is supposedly worth $80,000. And it is also worth $100,000, not to mention that it is worth $800,000, and it is 3.1 carats while also being a 2.8 carat "giant"...
Criminy, once again this proves that there is nothing so stupid that johnforbes will not fall for it hook, line, and sinker--no questions asked. Does anyone else think that maybe this story is a fictional partisan hit piece?
Is it any wonder he is a Trump supporting dupe?

Mr Forbes has no Right Wing or Left Wing handlers.
He is wonderfully neutral -- a beacon of light, of hope, and of rationality in this troubled world.

"Mr Forbes has no Right Wing or Left Wing handlers."-johnfibs
And yet you ONLY post from partisan Right Wing sources. (Even your unfunny 'humor' posts are exclusively from biased Right Wing sources.)
That's what having handlers means, dimwit. You merely regurgitate what they tell you to believe without thinking.
But as with this story, you can't tell which of the myriad bullshit stories is the true one (if indeed any one of them is true.)
Even YOU can't tell which of them is true, which is convenient because you don't actually care if any of them is true as long as it furthers the goal of your hypocritical partisan propaganda.

No, the sole goal of Mr Forbes is to enlighten and entertain.
His is a priceless voice of rationality in this vale of tears.

So when are you going to start to enlighten or entertain us, dummy?
We have been waiting for years and still "nada."

It has proven unusually difficult to penetrate the thick, dense skull of Clowntroller with the sweet light of wisdom.
But Mr Forbes believes all things are possible in the fullness of time.
Even given Clowntoker's measured IQ -- which is somewhat below that of the average suburban dog -- we all hope that one fine day Clown will wake up and begin the appreciate the world around him/her/it.

So when are you going to start to enlighten or entertain us about Justice Thomas accepting and not declaring hundreds of thousand of dollars in gifts, dummy?
This thread is, apparently, about gifts to someone who isn't even a politician (despite the dishonest thread title) so why not comment on Thomas' much more egregious crimes, johnny?
Prove to us you aren't the hypocrite we all believe you to be.

One wrong thing, if verified, would not counter another wrong thing, if verified.

Exactly, dimwit. So why, on a thread supposedly about undeclared gifts to politicians do you refuse to comment on one of the most egregious abusers of the law to report gifts?
If you were really upset about this, you would have something to say about Thomas.
But you didn't because you don't actually care about government employees accepting unreported gifts. You only care about people you disagree with accepting unreported gifts.
And that makes you merely another----say it with me---- irrelevant partisan hypocrite who may rightfully be despised and ignored. (In other words, you're just like the typical FOXnews talking head, johnny.)

It has always been a problem for all politicians in D.C. (and Sup Ct justices are indeed politicians) that they lure new friends which might have agendas.
But then I saw Justices Douglas and Black et al. on the Court back in the old days when a school class could show up and attend a public session.
As a kid, I deemed them sages, but of course as adults we have to view them all as politicians just as members of the House and Senate and WH are.

So let's get this straight...
johnforbes pretends he is upset about unreported gifts to politicians. Thus, he started this supposedly relevant thread about this supposedly pressing topic.
But then the partisanly indignant johnforbes refuses to criticize Justice Thomas who actually is a government employee who actually DID refuse to report hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of gifts. Meanwhile, johnforbes is still pissing himself about Hunter Biden who isn't a government employee but who did actually report the gift of a diamond?
Criminy, can anyone here make any sense at all of the irrational partisan nonsense that johnforbes regularly posts here?

Apparently, Clowntroller believes the motives of the esteemed Mr. Forbes may be reduced to the carat or the stick?
Clown's reasoning herein has not been flawless, nor indeed even sparkling.
This thread has not been a gem among the 4,282,521 threads Clown has posted over the past 79 years of his tenure on the Worldwide Interwebs.

Yup, johnforbes has been caught with his partisan pants down again.
You can always tell because dimwit johnny resorts to personal attacks instead of discussing the topic of his own thread.
That simply being confronted with a bit of reason forced him to abandon his own topic speaks volumes.

Turning and turning in the the widening gyre, the falcon cannot hear the falconer.
Things fall apart; the center cannot hold; mere anarchy is loosed upon the world.
The best of us (obviously the esteemed Forbes) lack all conviction, while the worst (Clowntroller) are full of passionate intensity.
