That's because he knows gasoline for "the beast" is insanely expensive...

It is also astounding that he flew to Hagerstown, Maryland.

It is not exactly the Paris of Maryland.

Of course, Baltimore these days is infested with crime and drugs and illegal immigration, which Clowntroller would recognize as hallmarks of Democrat rule.

johnforbes actually thinks this is worse than flying 1000 miles to play golf at Mar-a-Lago.

Clown, if you had ever visited Hagerstown, you would concur that it is far worse than Mar a Lago.

In fact, Hagerstown looks a lot more like Clown's own home town, Mar a Dumpo.

Yeah, johnny, we know. You made a fool of yourself again.

It's hard to maintain any self-respect or dignity as a fucking hypocrite, isn't it.

Don't you ever tire of desperately flailing around trying to make your partisan hypocrisy look better somehow?

It was foolish, both in terms of money and carbon footprint, to take a gigantic jet to fly 72 miles.

Clown will soon realize this and apologize to all of us for his foolish remarks.

Pretty much every president since Taft played golf.

1000 miles is longer than 72 miles.

So it makes better sense to fly than drive if you are going 1000 miles.

Do I think taxpayers should foot the bill when presidents use official transport merely to play golf? No.

Does Clowntroller look silly in his lime-green golf pants and saddle shoe golf shoes? Yes.

"Better sense" is not the same as "good sense" is it, dummy.

The point is, regardless of how long the trip, it is NEVER acceptable to burn over 33,000 pounds of fuel that Trump burned in Air Force 1 just to go golfing in Florida when he could have simply used ten gallons to go to a nearby local golf course.

And Biden wasn't even golfing or recreating on his trip, dummy. Unlike Trump, Biden was doing his job. You have no idea what time constraints were on Biden that day that may have made the flight a reasonable accommodation for the job. It sounds extreme to me, but neither you nor I know if it actually was. You only have your dishonest partisan talking point of view.

My own staff mathematicians have confirmed my earlier assertion that 1000 miles is longer than 72 miles.

Accordingly, Mr Forbes accepts with grace his rhetorical victory on this thread.

Not to mention many other ones.

My own staff of taxpayers have confirmed my earlier assertion that flying 1000 miles on the taxpayer's dime just to play golf is much, much, much worse than flying 72 miles on the taxpayer's dime to do your job for the taxpayers.

Accordingly, I accept with grace my rhetorical victory on this thread.

Not to mention many, many others.

His confused -- and confusing -- blather was hardly tantamount to serving anything but the transitory political interests of Democrats.

But, in the interest of science, I got out my scientific calculator and tapped in numbers until my taut, tan fingers were a tad weary even as they glistened in the twilight.

The result?

1000 miles is longer that 72 miles, and you would not take a heavy jet on such a short flight.

Heck, it would be more efficient to rent a camel -- even an elephant -- to make such a short trek.

"1000 miles is longer that 72 miles, and you would not take a heavy jet on such a short flight."-johnfoibles

There it is, on the record, since johnforbes has failed to criticize Trump for burning over 30,000 pounds of fuel to play golf on the taxpayers' dime, but he does criticize Biden for burning 3,866 pounds of fuel doing his job, partisan hypocrite johnforbes is admitting that he has no problem at all with obscene government waste like burning over 30,000 pounds of fuel to play golf as long as it is a Republican doing it.

To hypocrite johnny, such a waste of taxpayer money to play golf doesn't even warrant comment. So much for the phony "fiscal conservatives" in the Republican Party.

I don't agree with any president burning fuel on the taxpayer dime to go play golf.

However, my calculators all say that 1000 miles is longer than 72 miles.

Only a fool like senile Joe would take a heavy jet to go 72 miles.

Heck, there are ultra-marathoners who could jog that in 2 days.

"I don't agree with any president burning fuel on the taxpayer dime to go play golf."-johnforbes

And yet for years you never started a thread about it when Trump was doing it.

Why the outrage now when you have no idea whether or not there was a good reason for Biden flying 72 miles to do his job?

The fact is, you swallowed your handlers' partisan swill and now feel compelled to regurgitate your usual hypocrisy.

Well, Clown, if you believe Trump was in the wrong then...
you should be twice as outraged that now Biden is doing the same thing, instead of defending him..!
You can think what you want about Trump..but it is clear Biden betrayed your trust and lied to you. :O

"Well, Clown, if you believe Trump was in the wrong then..."-sillydumbfuck

So where did I ever say I thought "Trump was in the wrong" dimwit?

"you should be twice as outraged that now Biden is doing the same thing, instead of defending him..! "-sillydimwit

Not once did I start a thread about Trump's idiotic flying to play golf. So I wasn't "outraged" about it, was I. johnforbes DID start a thread about Biden flying to do his job. He's the one you think must be outraged about this. Besides, flying to do your job and flying to play golf are not the same thing anyway, is it. Apples and oranges.

Hypocrite johnny is the one who thinks Biden is in the wrong while he gave Trump a pass for four years; not a single thread about Trump wasting fuel for unnecessary flights.

Now, since I clearly wasn't ever "outraged" that Trump wasted tens of thousands of pounds of fuel just to play golf, then your saying I should be "twice as outraged" at Biden is meaningless partisan stupidity on your part, isn't it.

You can think what you want about Biden..but it is clear hypocrite johnny is the one who betrayed your trust and lied to you. :O

There are many things I never started a thread about.

For example, I never started a thread about Mendel.

Or even Lysenko.

Yes, and I reaffirm the simple concept that nobody should fly an enormous jet plane to travel 72 miles.
