53 shot this weekend in Barry Obama's home town, the haven of Lori Lightfoot.
Thoughts?

Once again johnforbes starts a spam thread telling us (yet again) that the gun laws in Illinois are inadequate.
Everyone agrees. Someone should do something about it.
My thought is that Republicans should treat abortion laws the way they treat school shootings and mass murders-- just ignore them.
Notice that johnforbes again has no thoughts whatsoever to contribute to his own spam topic.

Yes because the Democrat "solution" is for the hundreds of millions of law abiding gun owners to give up their gun rights and turn in all of their guns to the government. That's completely unnecessary unless you have an agenda that you need to disarm your populace to implement.

Paranoid much, brandon?
Nobody said anything about taking away your precious guns, brandon. This thread is about johnforbes' grave concern about inadequate gun laws in Illinois, not 'America'. Try to stay on the topic that so concerns johnforbes that he started his tenth idiotic thread on the subject of Illinois gun violence, which threads mysteriously contained no ideas at all to mitigate gun violence.
Do you agree that laws in Illinois are insufficient to stop gun violence there? Yes or no?
Unless you are advocating doing away with all gun laws, then you must have some ideas you think would help reduce gun violence in Illinois that you would support.
Or you DON'T have any ideas and you're just another reactionary tool shooting off his mouth with the mindless party line of your handlers because you don't have any ideas (or even a desire) to reduce gun violence.

Thanks to Clowntroller for gracefully acknowledging that gun violence is out of control in Chicago, which has the strictest gun laws in America and should be a beacon of peace given all the leftists in charge there.
Lori Lightfoot, who has stated her racial bias against white reporters, accepts no blame for the continual violence.

Thanks to johnforbes for gracefully acknowledging that he will fight to the death for the unfettered rights of those shooters in Chicago to possess guns for any purposes they choose, such as 'hunting' and 'self defense.'
Why Republicans and Republican sympathizers think it is a good idea to arm these people is beyond me. Why they support making such weapons available to the shooters by fighting ANY gun restrictions is a mystery. Why they are surprised that the people they support arming actually use the weapons regularly is also baffling.
But apparently these things make sense to johnforbes.
The one thing we agree on is that the gun laws in Illinois are insufficient to mitigate the gun violence there and that Republicans will do ANYTHING to stop the passage of ANY laws that might actually work to stop it.
In other words, they have no wish to stop it. They are content with the laws they way they are (aside from the fact that they want existing restrictions to end) and by extension, they are content with all of the consequences of those laws as they are and which they adamantly refuse to change.
It's a surprising admission from johnforbes.

Clown is correct that race-baiting Chicago mayors like Lightfoot have no desire to stop the gun violence every weekend.
They do not care about minority folks there and take their votes for granted.
Clowntoker's allegiance to the truth is not granite, but weak.
