"At least 10 people died after being shot and another 62 were wounded in Chicago over the Fourth of July weekend, according to news reports.

Twelve of the wounded were shot during three separate attacks in the city's west and South sides. Four were shot Friday evening in West Garfield Park, five early Monday in Parkway Gardens and three in Woodlawn early Tuesday, as firework displays and other July Fourth activities Monday night came to a close."

Once again johnforbes makes the case for why Illinois laws are inadequate to address gun violence.

Thank you, johnny. People need to know that stronger gun laws are needed.

Thanks to Clown for his graceful acknowledgement of the utter rectitude of my prior posting.

I guess a "rectitude" is some sort of an excretion from the rectum, because that's what you post was, dummy.

You obviously don't understand its implications. You stepped in it again.

John Forbes is trying really to hard to be the stupid person's version of a smart person. Or naturally the Gomer Pyle of the board.
