OK...so we have another nutjob young white male with a military style semi automatic rifle shooting people.....again. This Groundhog Day all over again theme is becoming a common occurrence in this country. And it's not surprising to know that he is a Trump supporter. Which will not be reported on Fox News.

And now the right wing loons will claim he has a mental illness.....

So the mystery is, why do Republicans fight against Democrats who propose "red flag" laws that would have caught this guy before he bought the guns?

One must conclude that this sort of violence is precisely the violent upheaval johnforbes and Republicans want.

They already had a Red Flag law in that state and, of course, it didn't prevent a single thing.

In general, Red Flag laws run counter to our notions of due process which we've had since 1215.

I remember reading somewhere that more than 200 people died as a result of gun violence over the 4th of July weekend. Apparently there must be a really big door problem in the United States.
