It seems Loving v. Virginia could be affected by the Roe decision. Is a state’s rights era next?

Thomas never referred to this in his opinion.

I wonder why????

From Escobedo and Gideon and Miranda on, the Supreme Court starting under Earl Warren was just making things up.

No matter where a person stands on gay marriage, the Constitution is silent upon it.

If Elkin wants a legal relationship with his boyfriend, all he need do is form a civil union and his polymorphous perversity may persevere.

I wonder where Thomas stands regarding interracial marriages?

On a side note....I could care less what kind of activities Johnnie engages in at the Log Cabin Republican Club.

That's interesting, isn't it? Surely Uncle Clarence understood the domino effect.

All of us who have read Elkin's swishy, simpering, socialist sass have recognized his propensity for dark, deviant, demented, deranged degenerate deeds.

"...propensity for dark, deviant, demented, deranged degenerate deeds."-johnfoibles

Sounds like johnny is channeling his own father's stern admonitions when johnny was caught (more than once) trolling restrooms at the highway rest stops.

Johnnie and cohorts choke a lot of unmentionable things at their Log Cabin Republican "get togethers."

My bet is that Elkin doesn't know what you hear after closing time at a car sales lot.

The Silence of the Lambos.

Listening to Johnnie's jokes must be like attending a Trump rally...which is noting more than huge explosion at an idiot factory.

John Locke wrote about natural rights.

Francis Hutchenson divided rights into alienable (could be given to the govt) versus unalienable.

It appears to be an unalienable right to point out the raw stupidity of Elkin's post (supra).

Johnnie's tendencies towards intellectual mediocrity is manifested by those by those perpetual piles of steaming bullshit.

The right wing loons sure do encompass different types of shit......

Bat Shit

Chicken Shit

and for certain ones....Deep Shit.
