Four out of five Guantanamo detainees whom former President Barack Obama released in exchange for former U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl in 2014 now hold senior positions in the interim government created by the Taliban in Afghanistan.

According to the Afghan television network TOLOnews, the Taliban-formed government gave leadership positions to Khairullah Khairkhwa, Norullah Noori, Abdul Haq Wasiq, and Mohammad Fazl; all of whom were released in a 2014 deal between the Obama administration and the Taliban to free Bergdahl, whom the Taliban had held as a prisoner since 2009.

Did Obama know these guys were that important to the Taliban when he let them go? 'Of course, he did..!

Silly is one of those conservatives who cheered Trump on as he sprung 5,000 hardcore Talibam fighters from prison.

So maybe you morons should STFU and sit the fuck down about what those 5,000 hardcore Taliban fighters are doing to Afghanistan right now..........

Elkin has cheered on Obama releasing 5 detainees from GItmo, and 4 of them now have leadership positions in the Taliban.

So if they are obviously terrorists, if there is so much evidence against them, why didn't Bush or Obama or Trump prosecute them, johnny?

And if they are four guys that Bush or Obama or Trump couldn't convict of anything, then how do you know they are guilty of anything more than Bush is? (After all, Bush actually started a multi-trillion dollar war in Iraq for purely personal reasons that killed thousands of Americans and a million Iraqis, but you still supported him.)

And if the four guys are now in their own country's government (just as Bush and Obama and Trump were in their own country's government) then isn't that better than having them fighting our troops?

Meanwhile, johnforbes has cheered Trump releasing 5000 prisoners to fight against the 2500 troops Trump left behind in Afghanistan without adequate support, and all 5000 of them swept through the country allowing the Taliban to take over faster than ANYONE (including Republicans) thought was possible, and some of them killed an additional thirteen U.S. troops before the troops could leave. johnforbes is still blaming Trump's staggering blunder on Biden.

They were obvious terrorist risks, and Obama admitted that when he let them go.

Now we see that his judgment sucked, much as Clown's does.
