No, johnny, once again you have no thoughts.

But what do your handlers tell you to think about this particular lie you're spreading?

My thoughts?

I don't eat eggs, and I don't like ham.

Clown is wrong, and that is no yolk.

Once again johnflubs reveals that his caveman thoughts are guided primarily by his stomach. This accounts for his Neanderthal thinking on the COVID virus, agreeing with Gov. Abbott and Gov. Reeves.

And like Abbott, johnforbes thinks that if there are a few Mexicans in Texas who might spread COVID, then all Texans might as well go maskless and eat in capacity restaurants and spread COVID.

That's his rationalization for prematurely opening up his state. It's both nuts and unforgivable.

And when the virus spikes in Texas because of statewide ignoring of CDC recommendations, those assholes will all blame Biden for their stupidity. Republicans believe nothing is ever their fault. I think it's in the party platform.

Yes, when you do 500 situps per day, like me, your thoughts are guided by taut abs.

I actually should start doing 600 because they are easy, but much of my time is consumed by reading all of the 1,812,432 postings made on the Interwebs every day.

John Forbes doing 500 situps a day is like Marjorie Taylor Green running around blabbering about Jewish space lasers...this is is absolute proof there is no such thing as Jewish space lasers and hundreds of situps everyday.

Actually I should do 600 per day.

They are very easy to do, and I do them 100 to a set.

In the morning, after OJ and while the coffee is brewing, I do 100 situps, then arm exercises with 5 different barbells, then 100 more situps.

Then, it is time for coffee and reading the leftist blather of trolls such as Elkin.

Later, i do another two sets of situps, and also repeat the barbell exercises.

In the afternoon, I do another couple sets of situps, go for a hike for about an hour, and do a few hundred pushups (50 per set).

Is this insane? Perhaps, but it is real.

Yeah and I do weight training 5 days a week and cardio 3 times a week.....so what's your point?

Fitness is good. but my belief is that everybody should do cardio every day of the week.

But then I also do weights every day of the week.

Even on foreign travel, I find a way to do situps, pushup, and some cardio even if only walking around the town.

So the overall point would be that my taut, tan physique is glinting in the noonday sun.
