I logged into homeclips with my IPhone, went to play a video and got the message " the video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed to because the format is not supported"
If homeclips " has been completely updated" why can't you view videos on your IPhone?

My apologies, we have completely updated the site with new content, however the issue with iPhones/iPads is still being resolved. iPad and iPhone devices do not support Adobe Flash (which we are currently using to run videos), the tech team is aware of it and is in the process of creating an alternative solution for iPad and iPhone users.

Please note, loading times may be slow for some connections. The idea is to give you the user complete control and be able to skip around the video anywhere without waiting for it to buffer for you to do so. Because of this we load the entire video for you, however we are working on a way to speed up loading time and keep this functionality.

Yes.. VERY slow!
Also vids can't be downloaded? will this change?
I shall not bother renewing if they can't be downloaded.

This is getting tedious, one of the best things about Homeclips was that it worked on iOS, you've known this all along and recently even posted that the delays were because you were converting everything. Since the archive was ALREADY compatible, why the issue? And how about a straight, TRUTHFUL answer?
