The most likely scenario is that Trump and his henchmen 'redirected' it to the black market to raise money for his legal defense bills and hundreds of millions in loan payments coming due in the next two years.

The country was on schedule to exceed that goal when Trump was in office, but with Biden coming in, he's actually messed things up. Had Trump still been in office we would have had at least 300 million vaccinations within 100 days.

Trump only delivered 20 million doses by January 7th and had vaccinated just 12.4 million people by January 15th. (Also in the video) This is all far behind the goal, contrary to the lie RealTool just told.

Trump had no plan at all to distribute the vaccines, which is why so few vaccines were distributed in December, so saying he would have outpaced Biden (who actually has a plan) is ridiculous.
