Speaking of golf, golf courses are just the latest business venture Trump is going to fail at.

They're a losing proposition, as Trump is learning only too well.


As to Giuliani getting stiffed, I have no sympathy for him. He willingly went to work for a guy known to stiff the people who work for him. Any lawyer worth a damn would have gotten a multi-million dollar retainer before he did a lick of work for the famous chiseler.

Even johnforbes would have insisted on a large retainer, and he LOVES Trump. That's how obvious it is that Trump is a bad risk. So bad even banks won't touch him.

It is an interesting question whether golf course developments are really about golf.

Are they more about selling houses, memberships, the clubhouse and restaurant?

They're about making insider business deals without having a pesky Board of Directors, the SEC, the IRS, or any annoying women looking over your shoulders.

And selling alcohol, of course.

In Ghouliani's situation, it's like getting two birds with one stone. Giuliani will be disbarred and he'll be broke.

I also hear that Trump seems to exaggerate his golf game....apparently he can't seem to get his golf scores and the election results correct.
