The FBI did NOT arrest Sullivan for inciting the riot. johnfibs made it up.

There is ONE charge against Sullivan and it isn't for inciting the riot. It is for interfering with law enforcement. johnforbes knows this but he lied about it anyway.

And another thing--Sullivan is the guy RealTool posted as a BLM member, but he isn't. We knew that to be the case as soon as Tool posted it because whatever RealTool posts is always the opposite of reality. There were no BLM members there but you ignorant clowns keep insisting they caused the riot.

To clarify, there is one CRIMINAL charge against Sullivan. There are two misdemeanor charges of unlawful entry and disorderly conduct.

It takes a special kind of stupid to record yourself committing a crime then posting it to social media for bragging rights. Now there are some who may be charged with trespassing charges. However those trespassing charges come with consequences. They busted one from my area. Maybe the court and legal fees along with the jail time are worth the bragging time. And they are trying to fire him from his job which seems most likely in this case.

I wouldn't be surprised to see prosecutors bring additional and much more severe charges in a few weeks or a few months into the investigation.

That jackass who sat in Pelosi's desk was first charged with trespassing type charges....but then they charged him later on with carrying an unlawful weapon in a restricted area. And that's a felony offense which can result in a years long prison sentence.

Also I heard they busted some Texas real estate agent and "life coach" at the capitol riot who flew in on a private jet. And now she's begging Trump to pardon her for trespassing charges.

Ironically that "life coach" is learning a few life lessons from making a bad life choice....LMFAO!!!

Barnett's federal charges are:

Knowingly entering or remaining in restricted building or restricted grounds without lawful authority while carrying a dangerous weapon. Penalty: Up to 10 years imprisonment and $250,000 fine.

Violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds. Penalty: Up to 6 months imprisonment and $5,000 fine.

Theft of public property. Penalty: Up to 1 year imprisonment, $100,000 fine.

So the charges are clearly light, as johnforbes thought they should be.
