Justice Amy Barrett says she "will not" recuse herself from any election cases

When asked why she wouldn't recuse herself, she pointed out her job is to participate in the court and that she will do.

The Democrats' worse nightmare has come true...the Supreme Court will make sure laws were followed in the election, at least 5 of the 9 Justices will leave politics out of and decide based upon case laws.

Kagan did not recuse herself from the Obamacare case even though she had worked on its formation and really had an ethical duty.

So recusal is another issue which Dems bring up only when convenient to them.

So you're saying Democrats are exactly like you and Trump?

Got it.

Why do you hate yourself so much, johnny?

All humans are alike in some ways.

Even Clown was, they say, described by his physician as "vaguely human."

She was appointed to the high court to dispense justice to the Democrats...
recusal defeats that purpose... :O
