First, thank you for that inquiry.

Every morning, while making coffee, I drink 1/2 glass of OJ to wake me sufficiently to do my first set of 100 situps.

Then I do various arm exercises with free weights, and by that time the coffee is ready.

At that point, I take a big mug of steaming coffee up to my computer room, gaze out on the mist rising from the lake, and slowly commence reading everything posted on the Interwebs during my nightly slumber.
