Ginsburg exposed her liberal partisan agenda when she actual told her granddaughter that her dying wish was that her replacement not be selected until after the next election. She exposed herself on the way out.

Ginsburg was known for fighting for women's equality which conservative Republicans were (and still are) ALL against and which assholes like you have only contempt for.

Only Democrats fought for gender equality. Only Democrats fight for gender equality. Only Democrats pass laws ensuring gender equality, which are the laws she ruled on, so only in that sense was she "partisan".

If Republicans would get behind the Constitution and support women, then Ginsburg couldn't be seen as "partisan" any longer. You would only see her as a great American.

It's OK for Justices to have personal opinions, especially on their death beds. Everyone knew Scalia's "personal conservative partisan" opinions, but you didn't complain about that, did you. Meanwhile, you can't fault Ginsburg's reasoning in her court decisions, can you.

Ginsburg is on record saying that just because an election is coming up, doesn't mean the President has lost his powers to nominate a Supreme Court Justice and in fact said the President should proceed with sending that person to the Senate for a vote. Ginsburg is on record saying her position should be replaced by the sitting President and not held until after an election.

Tool, the Republicans are the only ones who ever said the sitting President shouldn't get to appoint a new Supreme Court Justice. And you agreed with them because you are nothing more than a partisan tool.

Ginsburg told the Republicans that they didn't have a legal foot to stand on, and they didn't. You smirked and didn't care then.

Why didn't McConnell just phone Obama and tell him that he would not allow for Obama to appoint a liberal to the supreme count instead of making up some stupid bullshit story about how McConnell wanted the American public to decide the next president before confirming the next SC judge?

The constitution does not require for Senate to have confirmation hearings and we all know that McConnell wants to nominate a conservative to the supreme court. So I just don't understand why conservatives can't cut out the bullshit and say they want a conservative to begin with in the first place?

Now if conservatives want to resort to bullshit tactics then don't come crying when democrats take the keys to the system and pack the courts with liberal justices becuase the constitution doesn't limit the number of justices in the SC.
