Homeclips ETA?

I, like others, am upset with the delay on getting Homeclips back up and running. We keep hearing that you guys "are working incredibly hard", but yet we see no results. The infrastructure is up. Why can't you post new submissions to it? And the fact that it is free for 90 days is not helping me any. I fear that the longer you wait, the more people jump off the ship and the quality of submissions we have come to enjoy will be significantly lessened, thereby ruining the product we all love (and pay for).
Can you at least give us some ETA for the return of new submissions? I'm tiring of the daily frustration of checking and failing. When I'm fully tired, I won't come back.

I am very sorry HomeClips has been taking awhile to properly recover and update, the tech team has informed me that is should be finished likely within a week.
Please note that the reason we have added 90 days free to your account is so that you are not paying for this time. My apologies for this inconvenience, and my thanks for your patience with us during the time we have taken to recover from the unfortunate events that have taken place.

Just so I understand. You are giving us 90 free days so we can access free for 90 days. First of all, I rarely visit any place other than Homeclips, so the 90 days is pretty much useless to me. What about the time that the whole system was down? Should we not be credited for the time that Homeclips has not been available, PLUS have 90 days added to our account for the inconvenience?
Otherwise we are getting nothing.

Well another week and nothing. Sorry Kiki, but they failed again. I am sorry about all the problems. But, this is getting way to long for anyone. I am sure VW has lost many members due to problems like what is going on with Home Clips. People get discourged and move on. And giving the 90 days is nothing when you wait and wait and nothing.

As an update: the tech team is currently in the process of migrating HomeClips onto a new engine to automate it, which will allow us to update HomeClips with the contributions we have received. The tech team should be finished with this within the next few days.
As further information, your HomeClips account will be extended by more time than the 90 days due to the fact that the damage was much more extensive than we had originally thought, and therefore taken us much longer to recover from.
