Well....Trump has three fences surrounding him in the White House. I suppose he built that wall to separate himself from America.

The Autonomous Country of Chaz did need a few free things -- land belonging to other people, and toilets brought in by the city of Seattle.
Of course, the citizens of Chaz don't have time to pick up trash. They spend their days stoned.
However, they did set up border walls and armed guards.
