All he can do is parrot the latest propaganda headline fed to him by his handlers.

Biden didn't dodge the draft. Biden was diagnosed with asthma.

People like Biden paid doctors to say they had "asthma" so they could dodge.
I at least gave Bill Clinton credit for saying he "hated" the military because he had a disagreement about policy in Vietnam.
So Biden, who in his 70s is challenging strangers to contests of pushups, was asthmatic when draft age?
