It was not made up, and it was utterly germane to Obama's political failure to deal with a medical crisis.

Thankfully Trump ignored Fauci's advise that there was no need to ban flights from China. Trump's moves save 10's of thousands of lives, many 100's of thousands.

Fauci continues in the Obama mode and has changed his stance, now he is blaming the Administration (which he is part of) could have saved lives had they reacted sooner. Fauci pretends no one will remember he's the Administration person who said they didn't need to react earlier.
