johnny, 50-60,000 people die each year from the flu in the United States. It is an "emergency" every year, whether it is "declared" or not. Everyone knows about it already and is prepared for it before the flu season even starts.

However, if you're too stupid to understand that COVID-19 is different from and far worse than the usual flu because you have been listening to and applauding Trump's ignorance instead of listening to the doctors at the CDC and the NIH, then you deserve the slow medical response you get in your neighborhood. You were warned but refused to listen.

If Trump hadn't cut the budgets and doctors of the CDC and NIH a couple years ago, and had stocked masks, gloves, and test kits as he had been warned to do, the response to this emergency would have started weeks before it did and we wouldn't be in a mess of this magnitude.

But flu is the topic of the day.

And it is nothing to sneeze at.

But flu ISN'T the topic of the day, johnny. It's just the pointless topic of this thread, which as I explained, is apples and oranges when it comes to what Obama did and what Trump did.

You really need to stop listening to all the partisan propaganda from your handlers.
