Moving to a New Residence

With the markets dropping faster than Mayor Bootygood in a bath house, it is time to abandon my main house and retreat to my backup plan -- a cardboard box down by the river.

Luckily, I kept this box from the last time, and I used exterior duct tape to reinforce the cardboard.

I have added an angled piece of cardboard sprayed with Scotchguard waterproofing as the roof.

My modem is a 1200 baud dialup. My landline phone is a tomato can connected by string to the nearby phone pole.

Weeping and moaning, I have plastered campaign posters of Bernie all around the inside of the box because, with the stock market in ruins, I am hoping President Sanders will give me free food, free shelter, and free everything.

Thoughts?

During an interview Bernie praised Fidel Castro for the great work he did in Cuba....
saying he did wonders for their education system.... :O

In an old dusty trunk in our attic...I have saved ration stamp books my parents received during WW2...
Do you think Bernie will honor them? I hope so..! :O

I'm certainly counting on Bernie.

My dinner tonight was obtained by climbing into a dumpster out behind Wendy's.

On the plus side, the salad was refreshing, non-atherogenic, and free.

As the rain pours down this Tuesday, it makes a pleasant sound as it strikes the rusty piece of old roofing I found.

Internet access can be spotty because it depends upon leeching off the WiFi at the nearby landfill.

My cardboard box down by the river does have a great view, however.

I now plan to vote for Comrade Sanders for president of the U.S. ...until, of course, he changes the name "America" to "Commifornia."
