WASHINGTON (AP) — Federal prosecutors have declined to charge former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, closing an investigation into whether the longtime target of President Donald Trump’s ire lied to federal officials about his involvement in a news media disclosure, McCabe’s legal team said Friday.
The decision, coming at the end of a tumultuous week between the Justice Department and the White House, is likely to further agitate a president who has loudly complained that federal prosecutors have pursued cases against his allies but not against his perceived political enemies.
The action resolves a criminal investigation that began nearly two years ago with a referral from the Justice Department’s inspector general’s office, which concluded that McCabe had repeatedly lied about having authorized a subordinate to share information with a newspaper reporter for a 2016 article about an FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation. McCabe's lawyers argued that misremembering and lack of candor is not a crime.

Ok Trumpers....so let's go over this again....now you are going to tell everybody that McCabe and a whole bunch of Republicans in the FBI colluded with Hillary and the Ukrainians to frame the Russians so Hillary could lose her own election so that Trump would win then the deep state could take Trump down....because that's how it all makes perfect sense in fucking bizzaro world.

Swamp snakes are still in place and gave him a free ride, Barr and Trump now know who they are...expect them to be tossed out

For Barr to let this go certainly raises questions as to whether any of the coup plotters will receive justice.
McCabe lied 3 times under oath, and he was supervising Hillary's email "investigation" while his wife was getting 750k from the then VA governor who was Hillary's pal.
This corrupt weasel was allowed to skate, and now CNN is paying him to tell more lies.
If none of this matters, as Democrats now say, then why shouldn't Trump have some Brit spy write a fake dossier on Biden or Liz or Bernie and then have his officials lie to the FISA court and wiretap their campaigns?
