I can not view homeclips videos on my iPhone. What is going on?

This is due to the fact that iPad and iPhone devices do not support Adobe Flash (which we are currently using to run videos), the tech team is aware of it and is the process of creating an alternative solution for iPad and iPhone users.

Try using CloudBrowse . It is an app at the app store. It downloads the video and converts it to a format that the iPhone can play. Could go more in depth but, not really necessary. Try it.

Thanks for the tip Summer! I don't have any iProducts, so can't test it, but sounds like a great temporary fix until we can fully convert all the videos at HomeClips.

Why would you switch your video play back to another format
It always worked perfectly fine before and until very shortly after you relaunched the site
Now you have users who are yet again not getting what we paid for
What's the point of the extra time if I can't view the videos anymore due to you switching to flash

We have not switched, we are just in the process of converting the videos to the proper format. You will be able to view on the iPhone and iPad once again very soon.

Homeclips updated but still can't view with IPhone. When will this be rectified?
