Tool, sometimes a Christmas gift is simply overlooked on the hall table as a dictator rushes out the door to celebrate the holidays. When he gets home he will then have any belated Christmas gift delivered to let the intended recipient know he wasn't forgotten.

It will still be a Christmas gift (the card says so) even if it is delivered two weeks late, just the same as the Christmas gift you will finally deliver next month to your overlooked mother in Cuba.

So you see Trump's failure to make even the least bit of progress to denuclearize North Korea despite getting nothing in return and giving Kim credibility on the world stage, letting them replace destroyed facilities, renew missile testing, and generally playing Trump like a gayageum, you see that as a "win" for Trump?
