Supreme Court halts subpoena to Deutsche Bank for Trump financial records. The court's order came just hours after the president's legal team asked for a stay of an appellate court decision ordering Deutsche Bank to comply with subpoenas from the House Financial Services and Intelligence Committees for a broad range of documents concerning Trump's finances and his businesses.
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who oversees the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, issued a stay of that court's decision, declaring they had overstepped their authority in the matter.

RealTool is struggling to imagine Kavanaugh doing the same thing if it were Hillary.
Every Republican like RealTool can only see Ginsburg as a sucker instead of a Justice with legal integrity.
