Mexico President's saying is "Hugs not Bullets" when dealing with the cartel. I told you guys, the reason he's not afraid of the cartels is because he is keeping the cartels safe from the police.

He was also cool to Trump's idea of the US and Mexico getting together to hunt narco-terrorists...

Although I feel sorry for American citizens who are getting tortured, raped and murdered in Mexico, I don't feel we should become Mexico's police force to try and protect those Americans. No one forced them to go to that shithole and it's not the Mexican government doing the crimes.

I would like for our forces to clear out the illegals here in the USA torturing, raping and murdering our citizens. Mexico's official policy is hugs not bullets for those killing Americans that visit or live there. Sure they'll make a little show of rounding up a few misfits the cartels will sacrifice for the show...but Mexico will not go into the Cartels' known dens and neither should we. We should just keep them out of our country and remove those here with what ever force necessary.

I agree...if we go in there , any deaths that occurred will be blamed on our presence.....
Those Americans are part of the Mormon community that has settled in Mexico since the !800s...
They have cities, farms, universities, and vast wealth vital to the Mexican economy.....
many ask why not settle in Utah...the answer is simply....Polygamy!... illegal here, not so much over there..!
Still they deserve protection and our government needs to do something...
The murder of children as young as 9 months old can not go unpunished...
I guess refusing aid to Mexico until they get their house in order....would outrage the Demos, eh!

Plus even if we were to send in forces to fight the Mexican cartels, the local Mexican police and politicians would be tipping the cartels off while their local media would publishing bodies photos of women and children to try and demonize our forces. The Democrats would love to use that against Trump in the 2020 elections.

Mexico's biggest source of income is tourism, our State Department needs to recommend that anyone going to Mexico have their affairs in order and remind them, they will no longer be in the USA so will have to rely on the Mexican government for protection and justice, but offer that the USA will arrange for transportation of their bodies back home if they're killed, if their body can be located.
