Looks like Ghouliani is the first personal attorney of a sitting US President to confess to crimes while butt dialing a reporter.......twice.

President Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani appeared to accidentally call an NBC News reporter and leave a voicemail in which he can be heard discussing money, NBC reported Friday.

The call came in after 11 p.m. on Oct. 16 and Giuliani appeared to be speaking with someone else in the same room, according to the news outlet, which published a portion of the audio.

The former New York City mayor discussed the kingdom of Bahrain and someone named Robert, according to NBC.

“You know, Charles would have a hard time with a fraud case ‘cause he didn’t do any due diligence," Giuliani said.

It was not clear who Charles is, NBC reported.

"Let's get back to business," he reportedly continued. "I gotta get you to get on Bahrain."

Giuliani is then heard saying he has “got to call Robert again tomorrow.”

"Is Robert around?” Giuliani asked.

“He’s in Turkey,” responded the other man in the room.

“The problem is we need some money,” Giuliani said, adding after several seconds of silence, “we need a few hundred thousand.”

"Robert" may be Robert Mangas, a registered agent of Turkey's government and co-shareholder of the law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP, which Giuliani worked for until May 2018, NBC reported.

NBC also noted Giuliani's connections in Bahrain, including a meeting last December with King Hamad Bin Isa al-Khalifa.

This isn't the first time Giuliani has accidentally called an NBC reporter; last month he left another voicemail in which he insisted he was the target of attacks because he was making public accusations about former vice president Joe Biden, NBC reported.

Is that Schiff's version of the call or CNN's? Was there even a call? :wacky:

"Is that Schiff's version of the call or CNN's?"-RealTool

"President Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani appeared to accidentally call an NBC News reporter and leave a voicemail..."

What part of "NBC News" eludes you, Tool? Was it the "News" part you don't recognize after a steady diet of FOX broadcasts, or was it the alphabet part? Do the letters "CNN" and "NBC" look the same to you as one desperately in need of remedial English classes?

Elkin's fevered fantasy life from Frisco accounts for his butt obsession.

Hence Elkin's nutty thread.

^^^^^^ This coming from the clown who is supposedly upset by Hillary conducting State business on an unsecured server, but now he supports Trump conducting State business on the unsecured and unprotected cell phone of his private attorney who has no business running a shadow State Department in the first place.

Do you think any of these Republicans will clamor for an investigation into Trump's diplomacy methods? Of course not. They actually have no problem with unsecured systems for our government.

This just proves once again that Conservatives/Republicans are nothing but hypocritical. About EVERYTHING.

Given the level of sedition with Clinton holdovers, it would seem the State Dept is fairly active in still trying to push Hillary's agenda.

State found 588 email violations by Hillary and her pals, but charged NOBODY.

588 email violations, but charged NOBODY.

^^^^ See? Not the least bit of upset or concern about Giuliani carrying on illicit State business with a butt-dialing cell phone in his pocket. This means the Russians and Chinese (at least) were eavesdropping on everything he was doing. But johnforbes is fine with that. All he can do is continue to point to the past, as if the past is the real threat, rather than face the actual threat to our present from an incompetent and criminal Administration.

"588 email violations, but charged NOBODY."-johnflubs

Then, mysteriously, johnforbes decides to tell us about the incompetence and corruption of Trump's current Justice Department, as if that's supposed to make us feel better about the threat to our Republic. :/

There was a threat to our republic, but it stemmed from corrupt high officials like partisan crooks McCabe, Comey, Strzok, and Page.

Page reportedly edited the 302 to make it appear as though Flynn had said something wrong.

Like Strzok, she should be in prison.

First I'm not sure how you can butt dial a smartphone with a touch screen...but that's besides the point.

I'm thinking its only a matter of time before Rudy inadvertently forwards the incriminating email and text messages to the FBI and SDNY.

So the NBC reporter has no idea who "Charles is nor does he have any idea who Robert is....
Rudy may as well have been talking about the "Kingdom of God"....

First, we all need to admit that Elkin's years in Frisco made him an expert on butts.

Those of us who are normal have nowhere near Elkin's expertise in bringing up the rear.
